The closing date for applications for Reception September 2013 has now passed. Anyone still wishing to apply for entry to Reception September 2013 will be placed on a waiting list and contacted should a place become available.

In addition to the completed form, we will need:

1. a copy of your child's full birth certificate
2. proof of residence (council tax demand or utilities bill no more than 6 months old showing your current address)
3. a cheque for £25 to cover the costs of administration made payable to Finchley Jewish Primary School Trust.

Please send these to Sacks Morasha Admissions, 37 Stanhope Road, London, N12 9DX, as soon as possible after you have submitted your online application form or include them in the envelope with your paper application form.
