Ivrit

Ivrit is taught in a dynamic and inspiring way enabling our pupils to get the most out of learning it. We teach our children to understand Ivrit as a ‘living language’. We aim for our children to be able to do the following:

• Be able to read both seen and unseen text accurately and with a high degree of fluency.
• Be able to write in Ivrit using both block and script letters.
• Feel confident in holding a conversation in Ivrit.
• Appreciate the importance of Ivrit in Jewish life, study and as a living language in Israel.
