Strike - 30th November

You may have read in the press that the teaching unions have balloted their members and called them to strike on 30th November, in response to the Government's proposed changes to public sector pensions. Most members of the teaching staff at Morasha JPS are members of teaching unions. The Government's proposed changes affect teachers in the independent sector because the latter currently have pension provision under the public sector Teachers Pension Scheme.

However, I would like to reassure parents that Morahsa JPS will remain open on 30th November as usual.
